Shantell Johnson, also known as Lady Sage, is a CAMTC-certified massage therapist with 14 years of experience serving clients throughout San Diego County.

Originally from Dallas, Texas, Shantell moved to California in 2008, where she began working as a senior caregiver. That experience deepened her compassion for others and opened her eyes to the powerful impact that attentive, healing presence can have in people’s lives.

In 2012, she took the next step in her journey by enrolling at Healing Hands School of Holistic Health in Escondido, California. Through massage therapy training, her understanding of wellness expanded through anatomy, biomechanics, circulation, inflammation, body awareness, and the body’s natural recovery process.

Her approach blends therapeutic bodywork with holistic care, honoring the connection between the body, mind, and nervous system. Today, Shantell brings together her background in caregiving and holistic massage therapy to offer sessions that support pain relief, relaxation, mobility, recovery, and whole-body balance.
